Pengumuman Ujian Intake D3 Tahun ajaran 2019/2020

  1. Pengumuman Nama-Nama  Calon Peserta akan kami Umumkan Pada Tanggal 29, dikarenakan masih banyak calon mahasiswa yang belum finalisasi data. (Terlampir nama-nama Peserta di bawah )

 

  1. Ujian akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Juli 2019

 

  1. Peserta Ujian akan di Bagi 2 Gelombang ,

           Gelombang 1 : Jam 08.00 WIB - Jam 11.55 WIB

                       (Nomor Peserta Ujian 1-19-102 0001 s/d 0069)

             Gelombang 2: Jam 13.30 WIB - Jam 16.55 WIB

                       (Nomor Peserta Ujian 1-19-102-0070  s/d seterusnya )

 

  1. Ujian UTBK (Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer )

           Gelombang 1 :

  1. Jam 08.30 - 08.45 WIB (Simulasi Ujian Intake D3 )
  2. Jam 08.45 - 09.15 WIB ( Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris ).
  3. Jam 09.15 - 11.15 WIB (Ilmu Keperawatan)

          Gelombang 2 :

  1. Jam 13.30 - 13.45 WIB (Simulasi Ujian Intake D3 )
  2. Jam 13.45 - 14.15 WIB ( Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris ).
  3. Jam 14.15 - 16.15 WIB (Ilmu Keperawatan)

 

  1. Tempat Ujian: Labor Komputer Lantai 2
    Gedung Fakultas Farmasi
    Kampus Universitas Andalas
    Limau Manis, Padang, Sumatera Barat
    Indonesia

 

  1. Peserta Ujian diharapkan hadir 1 Jam dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

           a.Pakaian :
           Laki-Laki           : Pakaian Kemeja Putih dan Celana Hitam Panjang (Bukan Bahan Jeans) 
          

           Perempuan        : Pakaian Kemeja Putih , Jilbab Hitam , Rok Hitam (Bukan Bahan  Jeans) 

       7. Sebelum Ujian, khusus mahasiswa yang belum melengkapi data, diharapkan membawa:  
           • Membawa fotocopy ijzah/surat keterangan dan ijazah/surat keterangan asli 
           • Membawa fotocopy Transkrip Nilai/Transkrip Nilai Sementara dan Transkrip Nilai/Transkrip Nilai sementara asli 
           • Foto 3x4 2 buah Berawarna 
           • Membawa bukti Pembayaran pendaftaran

 

  1. Jika Nama Saudara tidak terdaftar dalam daftar list ujian/nomor ujian tidak bisa dicetak maka diharapkan membawa persyaratan seperti pada point 7 diatas. dan ujian akan dilaksanakan pada gelombang 2
